Small independent site, no contact form, no booking number, no call centre. Send an email and a person reads it.

Things worth writing to us about:

If you run one of these tours

Operators and guides are welcome to correct us, and we would rather be corrected than be tidy. If your walk now starts somewhere else, if the tasting count went from six to eight, if the limoncello stopped being included, if the group cap changed, or if a policy on your listing no longer matches what this site prints, write and say so. Corrections are made against the live listing, so the fastest route is a short note plus the page the change is already reflected on.

Two things we will not do. We will not remove an accurate figure because it is unflattering, and we will not move a tour up a page. Category leads are set by review count and nothing else, which is a rule anyone can check against the numbers on the cards.

How quickly you will hear back

Honestly: within a few days, not within the hour. This is a research desk rather than a support line, and there is nobody sitting on the inbox overnight. Corrections about a listing usually get acted on before they get answered, so if you flag a wrong price and the page changes without a reply landing first, that is the system working rather than an email being ignored. Anything time-sensitive about a booking you have already made belongs with the operator, not with us, for the reason below.

What we cannot help with

We are not a booking desk. We cannot sell you a place, hold one, move a date, cancel a reservation or refund anything, and none of those are ours to touch. Every tour on this site is sold and run by somebody else, and your booking sits with them from the moment you pay.

So if the question is about a booking you have already made, the fastest route is the confirmation email you were sent. It carries your reference, the start time, the exact meeting point and a message button that reaches the people actually running your tour. On a same-day question that is always quicker than us, and on a last-minute weather or schedule change it is the only channel that can answer at all.

Three details worth checking on that confirmation before you email anyone. The meeting point, because the historic center, the Pignasecca and the Quartieri Spagnoli are three different starts and one class bakes down by the seafront instead. The arrival time, because these groups are small and they leave on the hour they say. And your dietary note, because allergies and vegan diets need to reach the guide at booking rather than at the first stop, and a private host is the booking built for exactly that.

Still deciding which tour? The three categories narrow eleven options down faster than we can by email, and the FAQ covers how these listings are chosen and where the numbers come from.
